For us, that was not a slogan. It was how this all began.

In 2019, we came to Sheridan, Wyoming to produce and shoot Early Light. We did not arrive as developers. We arrived as storytellers and as members of veteran families. The film's connection to veterans was personal for us. And in the process of making that film, something unexpected happened.

The community began to shape us as much as we were shaping the story.

We saw the land. We saw the need for housing. We saw untapped creative potential in the Mountain West. And we realized the story did not end when production wrapped. It was just beginning.

Story House grew organically from that moment.

What started as a film became a larger idea. What if the places where stories are made were built intentionally? What if housing, studio infrastructure, and workforce development were not separate efforts, but parts of the same ecosystem?

In Sheridan, we began developing Story House Village, over 240 acres designed for multi-generational living, attainable housing, and long-term community growth. In Missoula, we launched Story House Montana, building purpose-built soundstages and studio infrastructure to anchor a sustainable film economy in the region.

Across both states, our commitment remains rooted in that original spark: honoring veterans, supporting working families, and creating real economic opportunity in the places we call home.

Story House develops both land and story, hard assets and intellectual property, because we believe the future of media belongs to those who invest in the ground beneath it.
