Story House Land & Livestock
A preview of what's to come
Story House Land & Livestock extends the Story House platform into one of the most enduring pillars of the American West: horsemanship and working land.
Embedded directly within the master plan of Story House Village in Sheridan, Wyoming, this division integrates equestrian infrastructure and sustainable ranching into the fabric of the community itself. It reflects our belief that development is not only about buildings and infrastructure, but about stewardship, tradition, and long-term value creation.

At the heart of this vision is Story House Stables, a master-planned equestrian facility designed as a permanent and defining feature of Story House Village. The stables are not a separate offsite venture. They are integrated into the Village's land use plan, reinforcing Sheridan's historic connection to horsemanship and ranching culture.
The boarding platform combines full-service stable care, pasture boarding, training programs, trail access, and community events. Positioned within the broader Village ecosystem, the stables serve both residents and the greater Sheridan equestrian community. This creates a premium lifestyle amenity while generating recurring revenue through boarding fees, lessons, training, and event hosting.
Complementing the equestrian operations is Story House Cattle Co., a small herd, grass-fed beef initiative rooted in ethical ranching principles and disciplined growth. Designed to begin with approximately 20 head and scale intentionally over time, the cattle operation blends direct-to-consumer beef sales with selective livestock sales and value-added products.
The model prioritizes rotational grazing, soil health, humane treatment, and premium product positioning aligned with growing demand for sustainably raised beef. Direct beef sales generate strong per-head economics, while careful herd management supports scalable expansion and long-term profitability.
Together, the stables and cattle operations form a cohesive agricultural and lifestyle anchor within Story House Village. They:
Activate open land within the master plan
Preserve Western heritage through working ranch operations
Generate recurring revenue from boarding services and beef sales
Strengthen the identity of Story House Village as a true Mountain West community

Land & Livestock is not an add-on. It is foundational to the Village's character.
It connects residents to the land. It reinforces cultural authenticity. It produces tangible, asset-backed income. And it ensures that growth does not replace heritage, but grows from it.
From stable to saddle.
From pasture to plate.
From land to legacy.
Story House Land & Livestock preserves tradition while building enduring value within the master plan of Story House Village.
