Nicole Bauthier

Nicole Bauthier is a Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Equity Research department with eight years of experience in advanced analytics and machine learning.

For the past four years, she has built and led a new group responsible for structuring and implementing data strategy, technology infrastructure, and automation across the global department. Under her leadership, the team scaled by 300 percent in a single year.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Ms. Bauthier worked as an Economist in Antitrust and Intellectual Property Litigation Consulting, where she specialized in big data analytics and predictive modeling for expert testimony. She was also an early employee at fintech startup YipitData, which achieved Unicorn status in 2021, where she developed KPI estimates and analytical models for publicly traded companies.

Across these roles, she has developed a multi-industry understanding of financial metrics, valuation methodologies, and the practical application of data science in high-stakes decision making.

Ms. Bauthier brings this analytical rigor, combined with her experience scaling teams and building new operational systems, to Story House. She leads business development strategy, market sizing analysis, expansion modeling, and supports legislative efforts to advance film incentives in Wyoming and the broader Mountain West.
