Sean Patrick Higgins

Sean Patrick Higgins is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Story House Pictures, Inc.

His former production company, Tríonóide Entertainment, was acquired by SHP, Inc., where Sean wrote, produced, and was the lead actor in two award-winning films, White Flags and more recently Early Light.

Early Light was shot in Sheridan, Wyoming in partnership with CHAPS Equine Assisted Therapy. Twelve and a half percent of the film's capital raise and proceeds were awarded to CHAPS to provide critical funding to continue the Veteran summer program, which was threatened to be cut. The film involved seven veterans of the United States Armed Forces and explored mental wellness. It has been selected in more than thirty international film festivals, garnering awards including multiple Best Film Grand Jury prizes.

The film served as the catalyst for the founding of Story House and the journey of bringing a major film studio to Montana.

Sean is the co-founder and executive board member of Veteran Village AMNACS, a Sheridan, Wyoming nonprofit building tiny homes for homeless veterans and veterans in need. He has stewarded Veteran Village for 48 months, building relationships with USDA Rural Development, local foundations, international corporations, state representatives, and other veteran service organizations in the region.

While serving as Interim Executive Director of the National Society of Colonial Dames in the State of New York from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Higgins introduced, contracted, and managed film industry location rentals of the NSCDNY Museum House property. He developed relationships with Amazon Prime, ABC, NBC, and other major production companies and achieved the organization's target annual ceiling goal of $680,000 in revenues within the program's initial four-month period.

As an actor, Mr. Higgins was a company member of the world-renowned immersive production Sleep No More in New York City. He played a principal role in A Clockwork Orange at New World Stages, appeared in four additional New York Off-Broadway productions, and performed in sixteen regional productions including twelve plays from Shakespeare's canon.

He made his television debut in NBC's The Blacklist in 2020 and has worked as voice talent for various projects at Netflix.

As a multi-hyphenate artist, Mr. Higgins is uniquely suited to bring a film studio to Montana through his network and industry relationships. He has produced nine short films and two stage plays that have received international awards and recognition. His stage play MoonSong was produced in collaboration with Yale School of Medicine and the National MS Society from 2015 through 2019, raising funds and national awareness for Multiple Sclerosis through productions and readings in Connecticut, Wyoming, California, New York, and the United Kingdom.
